@puppyeh1 PRM doesn’t appear to be working with the SL related entities then? They set aside 40m for SRX ~0.16/share (https://t.co/2UXYKvO3vd). Why wouldn’t PRM up their bid to 0.15/0.16 and get the controlling holding? What do you now see as the downside based on the allegations?

According to the the 10K/A (1-May-23) insiders appear to own just 36,003 shares; does that immaterial level of insider ownership concern you in anyway? E.g., little incentive to expedite the liquidation etc. ?
