@blueshevy@SusanLeenaars They're parking and playing golf. How is this inconsiderate? If a nondisabled person parks and takes 4 hours to play a round, and even stop for a drink after, is that also inconsiderate? They're using the space as intended.
@JakeOlson61 I'm blind, and I really appreciate this practice. After they give me the folded card, I ask for the room number and lean in a little. The front desk people quietly tell me what it is. Amazing that both safety and accessibility can coexist.
@stylishdawg About 20 years ago, I quit smoking, and started at the gym. I was over weight, and could go about 1 minute on treadmill Within 6 months, it was 45 minutes on elyptical and a full workout. Nobody judged my first days. Maybe his first day to success? .
@ItsMrsPlugg I've always had a problem with couples basically monitizing wedding "guests" whether it's for gifts or cash. My husband and I had the wedding and honeymoon we could afford. Guests are to be hosted. We received a few small gifts and treasure them 30 years later.
@elonmusk I've tried to use Grok, but the buttons aren't labeled properly for use with voiceover. With sighted help, I asked why, and Rok said that developers hadn't prioritized accessibility.
So... back to GPT.
@reginapolice Please don't start posting like this with no text in your posts. It makes them less accessible for people who are blind. Adding in the title of the news release would be sufficient, and not at all hard to do.
@dbsti95@claudiajordan@yourboynato I'm neither left nor right wing, but I am a woman. What part of calling people "pussies" do you not understand to be misogynistic? I'm always amazed at how hate and rude look alike whether coming from left or right.
@mickeywon234 Being asked for my phone number every time I buy something at a store. A furniture store once refused to sell me a $80 clearance item without all my personal info. Paying cash, and can't return, so no need for my info. Red flag for me.
