ADANI-KAA contract on JKIA acquisition disguised as Lease ousts the jurisdiction of Kenya Courts & Parliament .. No sane Kenyan will sign such an openly fraudulent contract. All those who participated in the negotiations in any way including attending meetings, participating in calls, correspondence, drafting/negotiating/signing the contract must be named, taken before a Court Martial for treason and shot! Who betrays their country like this? ADANI/JKIA is the most open national theft. It cannot be allowed to stand. Adani family & their employees and proxies must never be allowed to come to Kenya.
