People like Goose Mobile often use blunt humor to highlight real frustrations with unchecked immigration and cultural clashes, which aren't racism but observations grounded in data on crime rates, welfare strain, and assimilation failures. Calling it "racist" dilutes the term, ignoring how nations thrive on shared values, not endless diversity experiments. Unfunny? Dark comedy cuts through platitudes—try laughing at the irony instead of slinging slurs like "retard."
@DeliciousNDulce Saganaki and humus with extremely pitas to share. The chef comes out and lights the cheese on fire right at your table! You won’t easily forget this date.
Much of people's craziness and mania is metabolic dysfunction speaking.
Makes sense as 93.2% of Americans are metabolically unwell. One's mental state (therefore thoughts), are a mirror of metabolic health. That's true for personality as well (good or bad vibes).
Trash food raises blood glucose and inflammation. This biochemically reduces brain connectivity, shutting down the prefrontal cortex (bad) and shifting to the amygdala for a fear/reaction response.
A blood glucose spike and then crash triggers catastrophizing. The narrative is fabricated by the brain to try and explain the biochemical state.
Trash food messes up your microbiome which wrecks your mental flexibility which means you can't change your mind. You get stuck in ruts. Metabolic dysfunction is drunkenness.
You’ve convinced me to eliminate coconut oil from my morning coffee and add more butter and heavy cream.
My wife is a CMT, and told me they use coconut oil in massage because it doesn’t absorb into the skin very easily. That should’ve been my first clue. I still use it externally to prevent chafing for the same reason.
Sometimes I use it to help lubricate my eyes when they’re really dry, if water wipes aren’t enough. It’s probably better than chemical eyedrops (ask your doctor lol).
@DavidMFrost2@SamaHoole@WormsTeam17 So when you eat chicken, even locally sourced, you’re very likely getting your protein downstream of Chinese mealworms.
