I was asked why care workers are afraid to speak out and made this meme.
Bullying of care workers in rife in this sector. Staff turnover is extremely high - the abuse of care workers by providers is rife in the failing financially driven private 'care; sector!

.@bevcraig What robust action are you taking NOT LETTER WRITING and STERN WORDS!? As previously stated @ManCityCouncil has not only a moral duty but legal duty to ensure the top-fees intended for care and support staff goes to them and is not thieved by rogue 'charities' like AFG
