@TfL do you train bus drivers not to be unnecessarily aggressive with the accelerator and brake? When standing, people are thrown into each other and it’s totally avoidable. Our driver seemed to be unaware of stops until we were right next to it, then very eager to leave swiftly

@EE @EE well I tried that and spent some time on the phone explaining but they weren’t willing to help other than say we had to go on the more expensive tariff to get a free engineer visit included. Waste of my time to have the same conversation and outcome.

@EE my Dad is 86 and disabled (double amputee permanently in wheelchair). He’s had BB, TV and mobile for several years. Trying to renew the contract but told he needs new equipment and to get someone to set it up for him we have to pay for a premium service or pay a set-up fee??
