🇬🇧 Hampshire police claim that Henry Nowak would have died anyway, regardless of whether he was handcuffed or not.

The Hampshire police have issued an official defense for the actions taken by the officers who handcuffed 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he was pleading for help.

The medical examiner has testified that Vickrum Digwa’s 21 cm blade had caused a catastrophic wound directly to Henry's heart.

Because the blade penetrated so deeply, the blood was pooling inside his chest cavity rather than soaking his clothes immediately.

According to the pathologist, the trauma to his heart was unsurvivable from the moment it occurred, arguing that it didn't matter who was handcuffed at the scene first.

The Deputy Chief Constable has publicly stated that "the pathologist who spoke in court was clear: there was nothing officers could have done that day to save Henry. His wound was deep and internal, the bleeding extensive but internal."

Henry's father, Mark Nowak, stressed that while the wound was fatal, the police's mishandling denied his son the right to die with dignity, care, or peace.

Essentially, the British police shifted their narrative on Henry Nowak from "we did nothing wrong" to "he would have died anyway, so the delay doesn't matter."

If you watch the video the female cop very meekly mentions they should check him around the time he is on his last breath.

The cop reads him his rights when he is already dead and a few seconds later the female cop opens his eyes and shines a flashlight in them and says “his pupils aren’t even reacting” then politely suggests to the male cops that they call an ambulance.

Every cop but her should be arrested and charged. She should be stripped of her badge for acting like a shy schoolgirl incapable of doing her job herself.

The triggered a brief confrontation verbal between the two families, with security officers intervening to separate them.

Sikhs in the UK are allowed to carry knives called Kirpans, but for regular Brits, if they carry a knife the same size, they face a prison sentence

Baptized Sikhs say carrying the kirpan is a mandatory article of faith, and it's non-negotiable

However, the UAE introduced strict rules around carrying them, so many Sikhs residing in or traveling to the UAE opt to leave their kirpan at home or wear a symbolic miniature pendant.

🚨 California Passed "The Stop Nick Shirley Act":
This week the California Assembly passed AB 2624. This bill will criminalize investigative journalism involving the immigrant population. It would have made it illegal to expose the Somali "Learing" center if it were in California or the Armenian hospice fraud in LA if they claimed "reasonable fear."

The bill protects "immigration support services providers," which means services provided to immigrants, including health care. It has been proven that millions, potentially billions, of dollars in fraud has taken place in "immigrant support services” which includes nonprofits and NGOs the state funds.

California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating it as they could be forced and sued to remove the video, forced to pay attorney fees, and ordered to pay a minimum of $4,000 in damages.

This bill was created by Mia Bonta (the attorney general's wife). She has made 4 separate versions of this bill because each version violates the 1st Amendment and is extremely unconstitutional.

Plain and simple, California politicians need the fraud to continue because they depend on the fraud to push their agendas. END ALL THE FRAUD.
