@charlesarthur Good point, I was thinking more that the user doesn’t really lose anything by Apple being able to decrypt backups because they could (but won’t) put backdoors in iOS anyway, but actually the main use-case is investigation after some incident, not spy movie app stuff

The clip is consistent with OP being refused service because the staff believed she was part of a group making offensive comments. It’s not uncommon for an entire group to get cut off when only some of them are being offensive.
