@m4gnetar Sorry you’re experiencing that. Hardware can sometimes develop issues over time, and displays are one of the components that may be affected.
It’s worth checking with the Support to see what options are available for your devices. Hope you’re able to get it sorted.
@blkprince0977 Hi Parle' First, make sure your Ledger device firmware is updated to the latest version for your Stax. Have you already done that?
There’s already a documented fix for this issue. If you’d like, send me a message and I can walk you through the steps that worked for me.
@ClepsydraKing@ClepsydraKing Hi! If you’re using a Ledger hardware wallet, it’s generally regarded as one of the safer options for self-custody.
If you’re running into an issue or have a question about using it, feel free to reply or send a DM. If I know the answer, I’ll do my best to help.
@vinnievivace Hi! Sorry you’re running into this—that definitely isn’t the expected behavior.
Could you try manually syncing your device first? In many cases, that resolves the issue.
Feel free to send me a DM (or follow me if needed so we can message), and I’ll be happy to help you.
@PeHedjuk Hi! If your ADA is stored in a Cardano wallet created with your Ledger device, and you’re only using Yoroi/SecondFi as the interface to view or manage it, the situation is generally different. Message me if you need a hand
Hello! 👋 That sounds like a strange experience. Since it’s still from your device, access can still be revoked. Would you like some guidance on how to do that?
@Ledger gm Ledger 🔐

Hi! We understand your concern and appreciate your patience.
Token transfer times can vary depending on factors such as network activity, routine security checks, or processing times on the sending platform. If your transfer is taking longer than expected, send a DM.
@Ledger@CL_Technology@BaanxGroup@GarthHowat99@jprichardson
Dear Ledger Support and CL Card / BXX Team,
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my BXX token transfer from my CL Card account to my Ledger account.
It has now been more than one week since I initiated the transfer, yet the tokens have still not been credited to my Ledger account. What is even more disappointing is that I have received no meaningful update explaining the reason for this delay or providing an estimated resolution time.
This is completely unacceptable for a financial service handling customers' digital assets. Delaying access to a customer's funds without proper communication undermines trust in both Ledger and the CL Card/BXX ecosystem.
If I am unable to sell my BXX tokens at the appropriate market price because of this delay, who will be responsible for the financial loss caused by the price difference? I expect a clear answer to this question.
I request the following within the next 24 hours:
A detailed explanation for why my transfer has been delayed for more than one week.
The current status of my transaction.
A realistic timeline for when my BXX tokens will be credited to my Ledger account.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 24 hours, I will take further action. This includes:
Filing formal complaints with the appropriate EU consumer protection and financial regulatory authorities.
Escalating the matter to any other relevant authorities responsible for overseeing consumer rights and digital asset services.
I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved promptly without the need for further escalation.

@sweetperfume22 If you’re using the Aptos network, keep in mind that transaction fees are paid in APT. If a transaction isn’t going through, This can sometimes cause delays with deposits or transactions while wallets finish syncing with the new settings. Send me a message and I’ll help you throu
@Johnbro34166372@Johnbro34166372 Hi there 👋 Qubic can be used with Ledger devices. If you’re looking for help getting it set up or connected, feel free to share what you’re trying to do, and I’ll be happy to walk you through the steps.
Hi! 👋 Sorry you’re running into this. If the hold-to-confirm button isn’t responding, it could be related to the device software or a temporary sync issue. It’s worth checking that your Ledger Flex is updated then syncing it again, as that often helps resolve signing issues.
@sandslayer2276@sandslayer2276 Hi! 👋 The QR scanner should still be available. If it isn’t showing up for you, it may be related to the version of the app you’re using, the asset you’re trying to send, or a temporary display issue. Just send me a message and I’ll help you through it.
@Bo37614572 Hello! 👋 Buying BTC through Ledger is usually straightforward. If you’re running into an issue, first check that you’re using the latest version of the app and try syncing your device again.
If it still isn’t working, feel free to send us a DM-Happy to help

@cccolo@cccolo Hi! 👋 A 404 API message generally means the app couldn’t reach the information it was looking for. This can happen because of a temporary service issue, Could you let us know whether you’re seeing this in Ledger Live or while using a third-party wallet?
