workers are labouring through extreme heat. people are losing income. communities are struggling to cope.
and yet there is still no dedicated national budget for heatwaves. that's the shocking finding from new research by @greenpeaceindia

because heat is not experienced equally. the wealthy can often escape it. workers, street vendors, gig workers, and low-income communities cannot.
