@DeanTTraining I never train calves as I just accepted they wont grow with my shit calve genetics. I have just started a 3 month cut, is it worth doing these now or waiting till I bulk do you think?

@DeanTTraining Ive just started doing these myself. I think i was ego lifting on it at first as id find i was pulling the handles whilst crunching so ive dropped the weight and im controlling it all with my abs now. The burn is insane and I squeeze before the negative
@toylan20@MarkBski No. Eat carbs, you'll feel like shit without them and wont train as well. Get yourself into a calorie deficit and a good lifting routine such as upper lower split or push pull legs.
@enyasphere@laneski_ Their NEAT will be less working an office job than a manual job. But metabolism doesn't drop like people like to claim it does. People just use that as an excuse for their sedentary lifestyle and over eating.
