@RuiCarrilho5 Actually, with all the hype around AI, I always wonder why people try to automate the fun part of things... art and generative AI, programming and LLMs. I would love to see a world where boring stuff gets abstracted away by AI companions, with more time for the good stuff.
You are interested in or worried about the reproducibility of research ?
Then do not miss the "kick off" event for the Belgian Reproducibility Network (@BelRepro) at the @UniversiteLiege on December 14th, 2023 !
It's free. 😃

@Neuro_Desk
@statsepi One of the issues is that, in academia, research data managers are often left out of the authors list in papers *heavily* relying on data... Publishing good, FAIR and well-documented datasets should be as important as pulling out results from said data.
@gamefromscratch Cookiecutter is the tool I usually use for such "define once, use many times" types of situations. It great, works well with git and can be used in virtually any project/framework/environment 😊
Ho, did I mention we alrady have a preprint with more detailed explanations and further results ?
Here it is: https://t.co/9wyR2oPpED
Work produced by @grignard_martin of course.
One month of intense work, and now there is a GUI for DataLad!
https://t.co/3Bh5824nMi
It works across all platforms, and should provide a more gentle introduction to data management with @datalad#RDM
Thanks to Laura, Christian, Michał, @AdinaKrik@fmrwhy@SurfaceBen
Thanks for sharing our work! For those interested in Shamo, we published a paper about it together with @Ch_Phillips and Christophe Geuzaine, and its available here 👉 https://t.co/RNBSjUfhjw
@EuroCC_Belgium@Giga_CRCivi Hi! I'd be really pleased to talk about Shamo and how HPC helps (saves) us everyday 😃
We can discuss it more in-depth by DM or email.
Yeah, our paper is now out in #Neuroinformatics! 😁
Great collaboration between the @Giga_CRCivi and Prof Geuzaine from Dept EECS (@ULiegeFSA).
See https://t.co/TCvvu8rtMR and also in open acces on @ORBi_ULiege: https://t.co/WRF3iOmALL
Thanks to EoS Memodyn grant by @frsFNRS.
Hi @nf_core 👋 I've been using nextflow for the past few month for neuroimaging and I'm wondering: "Can I add PR for neuroscience modules to https://t.co/DN5vxJVWIm or should I create a separate repository dedicated to NI?"
Since the platform is a bit laggy, here is the direct link to the room: https://t.co/8ABpHxJvjj, feel free to join during the poster presentation today. See you there 🖖
Oh, I almost forgot, if you're lucky enough to attend to OHBM this year, you can come and discuss with us about shamo during poster presentations https://t.co/dOm1FNyU79 (Poster 1210) 👀 #OHBM2021#neuroscience
What is the influence of the uncertainty in the electrical conductivity of head tissues on electromagnetic simulations (EEG, tDCS)? Check our preprint https://t.co/QY8pzXL3EW - For a quick tour, follow the thread 👇
@dan_marinazzo @OHBM Same here... But in addition, it brings one of my cores to 100% for 5min just to open a poster's room and makes any other page freeze 💩
This work was possible thanks to an #EoS@frsFNRS grant (MemoDyn, https://t.co/tRg7lmdp17) and with the support of the @Giga_CRCivi and ACE (https://t.co/MZ8DtdT36y) teams.
Also a big shout out to my supervisors @Ch_Phillips and Christophe Geuzaine 💪

Did I mention that shamo is available on Github at https://t.co/4KKRbYt8j3? It comes with full documentation and examples, what are you waiting for? Give it a try 👍
