Can we talk about the fact that Peter Parker was technically fighting for his life in that hospital, and Jean Grey was literally helping him breathe? 😭

That detail completely changes how I see the aftermath of the shooting.

Peter didn't just get injured and eventually wake up because he's Spider-Man. The wound was serious enough that even Frank acknowledged Peter shouldn't have survived it. While Peter was lying there unconscious, Jean stayed outside the hospital for hours, using her powers to keep him alive.

Every breath.

Every heartbeat.

Every moment Peter's body was struggling to keep going.

Jean was there.

And there's something incredibly emotional about the fact that she couldn't simply walk into that hospital room and sit beside him like everyone else. She had to remain outside, watching from a distance, still using her powers because Peter needed her.

She stayed.
She kept him alive long enough for him to wake up. ❤️‍🩹

Honestly, I don't think people talk enough about how intimate that moment is.

Peter was breathing because Jean refused to let him stop.

With Naz Reid heading to Charlotte it’s impossible to have just one story, but I’ll try my best.

The number one thing I’ll remember about Naz forever is how much he truly loved the city and the fans, from the towels to the story below about still remembering being recognized as a un-drafted rookie in Brooklyn. Naz always talked about the “one love” nature and togetherness of Minnesota.

I’ll also remember his late sister, Toraya Reid, passing before last season. Her favorite color was purple, and Naz honored her by wearing purple Kobes.
