காவல்துறைக்கு பொறுப்பு வகிக்கும் முதல்வரை காவல்துறையினரே DUMMY CM ஆக நினைக்கிறார்களா?

காவல்துறையிடம் பாதுகாப்பு கேட்டால் கொலை செய்யப்படுவார்கள் என்ற புதிய வரலாற்றை இந்த Circus ஆட்சியாளர்கள் உருவாக்கி இருக்கிறார்கள்.

In Japan, civic sense begins in childhood, not in a slogan.

Many children walk to school on their own from a young age. They wear bright caps so drivers can see them.

They learn where to stand, when to cross, and how to watch the road. Traffic rules are not left for adulthood. They are practised on the way to class.

Public behaviour is taught the same way. Queue. Speak softly in shared places. Do not treat the street as your dining room. Do not leave your bag or your waste for a stranger to solve. Adults trust the child to go out alone. The child is also taught not to make life harder for others.

Then comes the school itself. Children clean their classrooms, corridors, and often the toilets. They serve lunch to one another. This is not punishment. If you spill, someone you know wipes it. If you waste food, the group sees it. There is no invisible servant behind the mess.

Being on time is taught with the rest. The school bell does not wait. Neither does the train. If you are late, you waste other people’s time. So children learn to arrive early. In Japan, that is treated as good manners, not as a small thing.

A high trust society is not born in Parliament. It is born when a child is allowed to walk alone, and is taught that the road, the classroom, and the street are also his responsibility.

Japan makes that lesson daily and ordinary. That is why it lasts.

I know it sounds cynical, but we need it badly. The way we’re performing simply doesn’t reflect when it reaches the general public, and it just doesn’t feel right. But none of this breaks through. Please do something, the current effort is simply insufficient.
