Respectfully Sir,
As per the City Civil Court’s order dated 13/11/2025, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out repair work only within the demarcated area of his own premises. The Court has already directed MCGM to fix the road line and ensure no obstruction is caused on the road.

Hence, necessary action is already under judicial compliance, and all parties are bound to follow the Court’s directions accordingly.
