at @chimeboard we ran a large-scale analysis of some of the top 300M+ TikTok posts of 2025, 91M of which had english descriptions

even in short-form video content such as TikTok and IG reels, it seems high quality captions are crucial to post performance

Why do you want a candidate to NOT use AI during an interview?

In 2025 we should all be doing 99% of our work with AI. So by limiting AI use during the interview you’re making your assessment of their performance less realistic and accurate.
