Nigel Farage - the leader of Reform UK - is under investigation for failing to declare a £5 million 'gift'.
Please RT this until the BBC gives this story the same level of blanket coverage - as it would for the leader of any other UK political Party.
Angela Rayner was dragged through every front page for weeks...
HMRC's verdict: NOT deliberate. NOT even careless.
Farage pockets £5 million and chooses not to declare it
So where's the wall-to-wall coverage?
Tell me this isn't a rigged game.
After getting pretty much everything wrong yesterday Sam Coates and Chris Mason’s jobs are hanging by a thread and the smell of resignation hangs in the air.
Close friends are calling their positions untenable and it seems to be a case of when rather than if they go.
Channel: Sky News
Programme: Live News Coverage / @SamCoatesSky
Date/Time: 12 May 2026
Nature of Complaint:
I am writing to formally complain about the conduct and broadcast content featuring Sam Coates on Sky News. During the broadcast, Mr Coates made serious, unsubstantiated allegations, referring to official press photographs of the Prime Minister as 'govt propaganda' and 'fake news'.
Key Points of Concern:
• Accuracy and Verification: Mr Coates explicitly claimed the images came from No.10 and were 'fake news'. However, it was later clarified by Mark Austin on air that these were in fact PA (Press Association) photographs. This demonstrates a significant failure to verify facts before making inflammatory claims on a public service broadcast.
• Professional Standards and Bias: The use of terms like 'fake news' and 'propaganda' to describe standard photojournalism, without factual basis, shows a clear lack of due impartiality and objectivity.
• Public Trust: Such 'Trumpian' tactics and the refusal to offer a proper apology for these false claims, instead framing it as a 'correction of the truth', undermine the public's trust in broadcast journalism.
Conclusion:
This behaviour violates the Ofcom Broadcasting Code regarding accuracy and impartiality. I request that Ofcom investigates this instance of misinformation and the biased conduct displayed by Sam Coates, which falls far below the standards expected of a licensed UK broadcaster.
These photos are genuine and from Associated Press.
Oh @SamCoatesSky talk about exposing yourself - you're proper fucked mate.
Credibility has officially left @SkyNews
@skynews So @SamCoatesSky admits that the stuff about Shabana Mahmood last night was 'rumour'. Just like what @bethrigby said about Yvette Cooper. You are pathetic. How unprofessional can you get? @Ofcom
Sam Coates on @SkyNews at the moment, calling a government release of pictures of Keir doing his job at an event for apprenticeships, as "Government Propaganda" I will write to Offcom, he's quite deranged and unsuitable to be a journalist. He's gone mental #SackSamCoates
This is unbelievable. Chris Mason reporting on the Farage £5m donation and doesn't mention the rule that new MPs must report all donations in the 12 months prior to being elected. Unbelievable.
😡😡😡 @Ofwat@EmmaforWycombe you have no right to approve this 👇
Thames Water creditors (aka US hedge funds) want to *avoid any new fines over next 4 years*
Did you watch Dirty Business? Do you want to stop sewage?
REMOVE THAMES WATER'S LICENCE NOW

Today your water bill is rising again, after a 26% hike last year on average.
This is because the regulator is allowing extractive private companies to rinse the public.
In Parliament I'm calling to end the failed experiment of water privatisation. Time for public ownership.
Just a former Prime Minister spouting lies about her own country in the USA for money.
Taking money to undermine her own country’s reputation abroad when she still has privileges paid by the UK taxpayer is outrageous.
Plastic patriot.
