@HGSupport Your online support chat leaves a lot to be desired. I asked a question about my bill being way higher than I think it should be; it directed me to billing, then told me to call a number and promptly disconnected.

@HGSupport Your website says the Business Plan is $5.25/month, which should be $63/year, but my upcoming renewal bill (which I pay yearly) is well over $200.
