@GWRHelp the journey was horrendous and every single person that stood should be refunded. I will never use this company again as they gave no thought for the customers cate or safety obviously

@GWRHelp I literally have no idea how GWR can continue to operate.On Friday 18th April I caught the 10am train from London Paddington to Torquay. GWR out of greed decided to massively overbooked their seats so many people were standing the entire journey including myself.
@tfl the Elizabeth line and yourselves are beyond shocking. You made me late every single day last week to work and home by at least an hour. I then try to request a refund and I get unsuccessful ๐คฌ๐คฌ. How is this even possible as we're delayed by over 30 minutes each time.
