November 3, 2024 was a Black Day in Pakistan when the leader of the Nation was shot at. Our ongoing prayers to Allah saved his life and he emerged as the biggest leader after Jinnah that country has ever produced. IK has since crushed the authority for anyone to rule the nation except for the party that earned people’s 2/3rd mandate on February 8, 2024.

Now they all need an NRO from IK!

The shocking visuals of Advocate Intazar Panjutha, visibly weak and traumatized, serve as a stark reminder of the state of undeclared martial law in Pakistan. He was abducted by security forces on his way home in Islamabad on October 8th. Despite repeated court orders, the state refused to take responsibility for his abduction. However, yesterday, the Attorney General of Pakistan assured the high court that Intazar Panjutha would be returned home within 24 hours.

A video has now surfaced showing Intazar Panjutha with his hands and feet tied, sitting in a vehicle, visibly shaken and distressed. Authorities claim that Punjab Police recovered him from Attock, while the abductors managed to escape. This appears to be the same old, worn-out script, a failed attempt to deceive the nation once again as everyone knows that Intazar Panjutha was detained by state agencies and subsequently disappeared for weeks without a trace. Yet, the Attorney General’s assurance to the court suggests that the authorities knew exactly where Intazar was and when he would be released. The entire system of this country stands exposed; Attorney General’s assurance was a silent admission of Intazar's unlawful detention and abduction.

The condition of Imran Khan’s lawyer, Intazar Panjutha, is extremely concerning and is clear evidence of the cruelty of his abductors. His condition, after weeks of being held against his will, speaks volumes about the alarming state of human rights abuses under the watch of those in power. This case is a stark reminder of the systematic abuses continuing unchecked in Pakistan for 2 years now.

Remaining silent is no longer an option; we must stand against this rampant disregard for human rights and demand that those who exploit their power be brought to justice.

We demand an independent investigation and immediate action against those responsible for the abduction and torture of Advocate Intazar Panjutha, who now appears visibly frail and weakened.

We call on the Supreme Court to take urgent notice of this rampant abuse of human rights.

اپنے حلقے اور آئی ایس ایف کی سابقہ قیادت اور ممبران سے لے کر، ملک بھر میں جو ٹیمیں تشکیل دی تھیں، جن کارکنان نے امن تحریک، انتخابی مہم اور جلسوں کے انعقاد میں معاونت کی۔ بنی گالہ اور زمان پارک اور خان صاحب کی عدالتی پیشیوں کے موقع پر ڈیوٹیز سرانجام دیں اور رجیم چینج آپریشن کے بعد سے عوام کو موبلائیز کرتے رہے ان سب کو میری جانب سے ناصرف ہدایات بھیج دی گئی ہیں بلکہ متعلقہ ذمہ داران کے ساتھ مل کر وہ تیاری بھی شروع کرچکے ہیں۔
آئی ایس ایف اور یوتھ ونگ کو بھی موبلائزیشن کا پلان دے دیا گیا ہے۔ امید ہے گذشتہ چند ماہ میں خالد خورشید کی سرپرستی اور مرکزی صدر مینا خان آفریدی کی قیادت میں یونین کونسل اور ویلج کونسل لیول پر تنظیم سازی پر جو فوکس رکھا گیا تھا وہ اس مرحلے پر مددگار ثابت ہوگا۔
دہشتگردی کی جنگ میں شہید ہونےوالے شہریوں کے لواحقین، بم دھماکوں اور ڈرون حملوں کی زد میں آکر جن افراد کے گھر اور کاروبار تباہ ہوئے، جن کے پیارے لاپتہ ہوئے، جن پر تشدد ہوا اور بے گناہ جیلوں میں ڈالے گئے ایسے تمام افراد جن پر ریاست کے نام پر ناجائز طاقت کے حصول اور ذاتی مفادات کا تحفظ کرنے والے ٹولے کی جانب سے ذہنی، جسمانی تشدد ہوا یا مالی نقصان کا سامنا کرنا پڑا ان کو بھی فائنل کال پر شرکت کرنے کی دعوت دی جائیگی۔ اس کی ذمہ داری نوجوانوں کو سونپ دی گئی ہے۔
نوجوان قیادت، تحریک کے کارکنان اور عمران خان کے جانثاران چاہے تنظیم کا حصہ نہ بھی ہوں وہ ابھی سے فائنل کال کے لیے اپنے قافلے تیار کریں۔ #ReleaseImranKhan کے ساتھ اپنی تیاریوں سے دوستوُ کو فیس بک، انسٹاگرام، ٹک ٹاک اور ٹوئٹر پر آگاہ کریں تاکہ دیگر ساتھیوں کوموٹیویشن ملے اور فوکس عمران خان کی رہائی پر رہے۔
کسی بھی لایعنی بحث میں الجھنے کے بجائےتمام کارکنان ان نکات پر فوکس رہیں اور ان کے مثبت جواب یقینی بنائیں؛
آپ نے عمران خان کا پیغام کتنے لوگوں تک پہنچایا؟
کیا آپ نے اپنے دوستوں، عزیز اقارب اور محلے میں موبلائزیشن کا عمل شروع کیا ہے؟
اگر آپ کے پاس ذاتی ٹرانسپورٹ نہیں ہے تو کیا دوست مل کر ڈی چوک کا پلان ترتیب دے رہے ہیں یا آپ کے حلقے کے امیدوار یا مقامی تنظیم کے ساتھ شرکت کے لیے آئیں گے؟
کیا سوشل میڈیا کے ہمارے جو ایکٹویسٹ بازاروں میں مہم چلارہے تھے، آپ نے اپنی مہم آرگنائیز کرنا شروع کی اور لوگوں کے کوائف جمع کرنے لگے ہیں؟ یاد رہے اس ڈیٹا کی بنیاد پرآپ نے ٹیمیں بھی تشکیل دینی ہیں اس لیے یہ عمل جلد از جلد شروع ہوجانا چاہئے۔
اور ہمارے جن ساتھیوں کے لیے گراؤنڈ پر ایکٹیو ہونا ممکن نہیں کیا آپ عمران خان کی رہائی پر فوکس ہیں اور آپ کی آج کی ایکٹویزم عمران خان کی رہائی کی جانب پراگریس میں شمار کی جاسکتی ہے؟
یاد رہے اگلے دو مہینے اور خصوصاً نومبر بہت اہم ہے۔ اس بات کو میرے گذشتہ ایک سال کے بیانات اور خصوصاً عمران خان اور ان کے اہل خانہ کے حالیہ بیانات کے تناظر میں دیکھیں اور اپنا مکمل فوکس عمران خان کی رہائی کے لیے فائنل کال کی تیاری پر مرکوز رکھیں۔ اسے اپنے لیڈر کی زندگی اور اپنے ملک میں آئین اور قانون کی عملداری کے لیے آخری معرکہ سمجھیں۔
