@British_Airways Very very upset with you right now. Burned an entire vacation day yesterday due to late flights just to finally arrive last night to no luggage. It is full of very important items/medications and you have no trace of my bag at all!!!

The level of incompetence @British_Airways is displaying is truly unmatched. I have family members who have been unable to locate their luggage for over four days now, and the responses they get are purely smug and unhelpful. How can one sue BA?

@S51166776 @British_Airways This! They kept saying to us you can claim back expenses, but shopping for essentials in foreign country is not that easy and taking away from precious time on vacation that and meant to be special time with family. The loss is far more than the $$

The way @British_Airways runs it's operations is a fitting metaphor for the United Kingdom's crumbling empire status. Thousands of passengers can't find their luggage for days on end, no employee can tell you what is going on, no one taking responsibility. Total fiasco.

It really tainted Christmas with family as we’ve been stressing and wondering how much we should buy because they kept saying it would be with us the next day! And wasted so much time on the phone and ££ to a premium rate no!

@AFCB_Andy @British_Airways Even when you get through to a human they are not very helpful sadly! We just got our bags today, thankfully. Landed on 21st so took 8 days.

For those waiting on lost/delayed baggage have hope you will see your bag again but it might take a very very long time and be prepared to be lied to along the way. Now 🤞@British_Airways doesn’t lose them again on the return leg next week!

We finally got the bags!! Day 8!! So much longer than the promised 24-48hrs but so happy they are here! @British_Airways your customer service and communication throughout this process has been appalling. So disappointed and angry. We will be filing a claim.

@British_Airways people lied and kept lying and eventually said we don’t where the bags are, we don’t know their location. But then said they’ll be there tomorrow or the next day 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 they had no idea.

Happy Christmas @British_Airways - day 14 and no news of missing luggage from your flight that took off with no luggage for the 284 passengers on board. The forms you asked me to fill in don’t work - something you only find out after ages of filling in. 1/2

@British_Airways flew from LHR to MUC on the 14/12 flight BA0958, we still have not received our luggage after 14 days. Call center is not being helpful, this is outrageous at this stage!

@British_Airways arrived in Dublin 21st. Bag was not delivered. Found by 8am the next morning but still don’t have the bag delivered to me we even offered to come and collect it. My 20month old & I no sleep suit, no clothes. Constantly told it’ll come today. Ruined Christmas
