I was sent the Wrong medicine and you haven't been able to replace or refund for three days. Your customer service keeps saying I will receive an update in 24 hours for the last 3 days. Pls understand that your are selling medicines

At the slightest drizzle my @ACTFibernet connection gets disconnected and it takes atleast 24 hours before it is set right. The number of days without connection are so many that maybe @ACTFibernet needs to reimburse their fee. Can someone from @ACTFibernet attend to it
