February 24, 2016:

Severe weather continued eastward into the Mid-Atlantic after the previous day's Gulf Coast outbreak. Four tornadoes were significant (EF2+), the strongest of which was a pair of EF3s at Appomattox and Tappahannock, VA. Four people were killed.
