@UC_Assist This is not acceptable. Also taking complete payment on day 1 as pushed by your service provider is the reason I am in this mess. Even if I hired a service for 2 days it would be better and cost reasonable. Accountability is what professional service means lacking here.

@Swiggy : How can you let your service deteriorate so much. If I cancel my order in under 10 seconds due a mistaken click the cancellation fee is the entire order amount. The icing on the cake after 3 hours of wait your support team asks me to wait more. #CustomerExperience

@MagicbricksHelp @magicbricks Just got a call regarding the purchase of packages on my listing. Really bad experience where the agent (she) raised her voice. It is a skill to sell and serve but harassing a customer is not acceptable; much needed attention here.
