Can there be a better marketing strategy where you attaract customers on the commitment to provide good services and then actually do so? Customers can become eternal loyal if you provide a constant services instead of going extreme at first and then giving nothing in longer run?

@AJIOLife Earlier Ajio services were excellent. Now, every order has some issue, wither the size is wrongly shipped or the product is wrongly shipped.
I have made few orders in the last 10 days and all the orders have wrong items shipping issue. Many people are facing same issue
