Yet to close it though - said will take a couple of days. That makes sense, but it would be appropriate if refunded for addtl tatkal fees.

Whats the point of applying tatkaal when regular seems faster? Mother went for passport renewal appointment to PSK Aminjikarai Chennai last Thurs(14/5). More than a week now(today 22/5). The status says waiting for police verification.

Today 26/5 almost over. Still no sign of police for verification. Passport office says it is waiting on police verification. No sense of urgency, even for tatkal application.

That was even after scraping the ice. Even the door handle was stuck in ice and didn't come out.

I went into the driver seat from the other door (wind blowing in one direction kept the other door safe).

@Tesla weird negative experience with model y. With freezing temperatures & ice settled at the bottom of the window, the door didn't open for a long time. Even after it opened, it was getting tough to close as the glass wouldn't move down because the ice held it in place.

@zeynepmyenisey I guess it’s because of a lack of phonetics in the English language. The words sound a little different in Hindi.!

@RailwaySeva 139 doesn't work.. Says number doesn't exist, perhaps works only from BSNL. I have DMed my mob number.
Looks like the train was not cleaned at all, before the journey started.

Worst service 2A AP express; PNR 2453952052. Cockroaches running over seats, even at source station. train shud be cleaned before journey. Bathrooms not clean & no soap. No action taken even after complaining to TT & also on the customer service number. @indianrail @RailMinIndia
