It's hard to put into words the horror of watching our community members being violently displacement from encampments; tending to tons of injuries from police brutality; and then watching the police and Tory spin their stories
I have never ever discussed my family status online before, but here goes: I'm a mum, my kid plays in #TrinityBellwoods park every day, and there has never been any kind of safety issue. The safety risk to our family is the cost of housing in this city.
Hearing Toronto's Mayor say that the excessive use of police force at Trinity Bellwoods yesterday was because of protestors showing up isn't just insulting...it's next level gaslighting.
Pictures/videos show a massive police presence was at the park first thing in the morning!
#LesbianActivity has always been good to me. Why would we want to get rid of:
- Astrology
- Plants
- Cats
- ✂️
- Hanging out with a crush, hoping it's not a friend hang out but a date yet never asking so you just yearn and then years later find out they had a crush on you too.
this is a city wide issue....developments for the profit of few at the expense of neighbourhoods, affordable housing, the environment. forcing tenants out of their affordable units to build monster condos is WRONG. please sign

As a member of @OntHumanRights Community Advisory Group, I am very concerned by the choice of Premier Doug Ford to bypass the OHRC application process to self appoint 2 people. We need merit based appointments through a rigorous process to ensure independence of the commission.
