Delegates also engaged in the IDEAS Bazar, where new concepts for peace operations were on display.

Day 1 of #28IAPTC Conference also included dynamic breakout sessions, providing an interactive platform focused on advancing women’s roles in peace operations.
Group 1 engaged in Sharing of Experience by Female Peacekeepers, where stories from the field highlighted resilience, leadership, and insights from women in peacekeeping roles.
Group 2 explored Innovative Measures towards Women Participation, brainstorming new approaches to enhance inclusion in peace operations.
Group 3 focused on designing an Inclusive Training Program for Meaningful Participation of Women in Peace Operations, aiming to create impactful training modules for gender inclusivity.
These breakout sessions fostered collaborative solutions and enriched discussions on empowering women in global peace efforts.

🌍 Day 1 of the #28IAPTC Conference began with an impactful Plenary Session on the Future of #PeaceOperations.
Moderated by Mr. Jonas Alberoth @FBAFolke , the session included insights from Mr. Jean Pierre Lacroix @Lacroix_UN , Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations, discussed the Summit of the Future, Pact for the Future, & New Agenda for Peace.
Ambassador Munir Akram @PakistanPR_UN, shared perspectives on Future Peace Operations. Mr. Faisal Shahkar, UN Police Advisor @UNPOL , addressed Emerging Challenges of UN Police. Brigadier General Nazmul, Acting Deputy MILAD, explored Current Challenges of Peacekeeping Operations.
The dialogue highlighted the evolving landscape of global peace operations and set a collaborative tone for the conference.
