फिर सवाल यह उठता है कि ‘कथनी और करनी में इतना फर्क क्यों ?
जब देश के अधिकांश उद्योग और कार्यालय 5-दिन का कार��य कर ही रहे हैं, तो बैंकिंग सेक्टर को पीछे क्यों रखा जा रहा है ?
बैंकर भी इंसान हैं, मशीन नहीं। वे भी अपने परिवार, सामाजिक जीवन और मानसिक शांति का हक रखते हैं।
यदि सरकार खुद इसे “प्रगतिशील भारत” की दिशा में कदम मानती है, तो 12वें वेतन समझौते में किए गए वादों को कब अमलीजामा पहनाया जाएगा ?

बैंकिंग एक सरल काम है – डिपॉज़िट लो, लोन दो और मुनाफ़ा कमाओ। जब तक यही हो, सब सही चलता है।
लेकिन फिर आते हैं तीन खिला��़ी – RBI, सरकार और कोर्ट।
🔸 **RBI**: फ़ालतू के नियम-कानून बनाकर रिकवरी को मुश्किल बना देता है। ख़ुद #5DaysWork करता है और ऐश करता है, पर बैंक की परफॉर्मेंस पर कोई अकाउंटेबिलिटी नहीं लेता।
🔸 **सरकार**: असली काम छोड़कर हमें इंश्योरेंस और म्यूच्यूअल फंड बेचने को कहती है। हज़ारों करोड़ों के लोन कॉर्पोरेट्स को कौड़ियों के भाव बेचने का कानून लाती है और ख़ुद भी आराम से #5DaysWork में रहती है।
🔸 **कोर्ट्स**: अब तक शायद ही किसी डिफॉल्टर को कड़ी सज़ा मिली हो। अगर मिली भी हो, तो डिफॉल्ट अमाउंट की पूरी रिकवरी का ज��मेंट शायद ही आया हो। और इनके काम के घंटे पे अगर कुछ बोल दिया, तो मिलार्ड बुरा मान जाएँगे।
बैंकिंग सिस्टम को चलाने वाले वर्कर 6 दिन काम करें, जबकि ऊपर बैठे लोग #5DaysWork का मज़ा लें।
