Latest on #91W: The center of the subtropical depression has moved north of the Ryukyus and is approaching southern Kyushu near Kagoshima. The primary hazard remains heavy rainfall, with bands of tropical moisture spreading across southern Japan. Breezy winds, choppy seas, and localized flooding remain possible as the system accelerates northeastward.

#EsterPH has exited PAR, but the story is not completely over. PAGASA has dropped wind signals, while enhanced Habagat still brings gusty winds, rain, and rough seas to northern Luzon. JTWC now classifies #91W as a subtropical depression west-southwest of Okinawa, moving quickly NNE into the East China Sea. Significant tropical development is unlikely, but the wind field may expand, with the strongest winds east of the center as it passes west of Okinawa.
