@ATT is anyone else having this problem? My elderly mother got an intnat’l plan and was by scammed. She then lost her land line (nothing to do w the intn’l plan) and was then charged over $100 to reinstall the phone line. This has been happening for almost 2 months. #attscam

@ATT #ATTScam Please explain why I have to pay $99 to reinstate UVerse plus $49 for phone, when the lines have collapsed and you have no plans to fix them? Before I cancelled my service (useless) I asked for my business phone number to be ported over. Now you are refusing.

just a friendly reminder while everyone keeps an eye our for #cryptoscams, keep your eyes open for the #ATTSCAM, they offered my an extra line to lower my bill, but raised my bill $10 a month, and cost me $110 fees to find out. #ATTLoyalty #ATTSucks #NothingWeCanDo #SoSorry @ATT

Just a heads up for anyone with @ATT they’re dishonest and liars. Trying to charge me for two months of service I haven’t had! I canceled two months ago and now they’re treating collections. #attscam

Then they committed to refunding me the overpayment (next month) and they couldn’t believe I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of loaning them $125 for a month. FWIW, they also have only refunded me $100 of the $125 24 hours later- and I was on the phone for 2 hours #attfail

Dear followers, if you are thinking about switching to @ATT DO NOT! They are a bunch of scammers! You cannot provide false information to a customer and after they switch to your network you tell them too bad. Wells Fargo didn't get away with it. what makes you think you will?

Why do I have to argue with @ATT for the past 6 months to get them to honor a promotion that their salesperson assured us we qualified for with our current plan. Bought phones and still not serious promo reflected on our bills. Can’t trust these mainstream scams #SCAM #attSCAM
