MyPOV: Actually no, they’re not. This is a great red herring. The *identification* (adding names to databases) of photos taken from the public — or actually Facebook — is not a “public” process. #BiometricsAPAC

This is fascinating. The #BiometricsAPAC conference audience is probably weighted towards pro-biometrics at some level, and definitely very tech-sophisticated. Apparent reservations about (1) #biometrics for casual commercial use, and (2) re-use of kids’ templates.
