On Monday, @Fox_Claire flagged that the BSM Factsheet was disappeared from the government website after 5pm last Wednesday. Could this be a sign that a policy set to add £60k in extra service charges per year per block is about to be binned? Or are they trying to hide the truth?

Make no mistake, Lame Judith Hackitt's idea of a #BuildingSafetyManager is her vanity project. It will cost LHs £60k pa. She refused to consult leaseholders or explore the sensible option of regulating MAs. I bet she's planned to stay on as a hired consultant. @michaelgove

No surprises that ARMA was a member of both Working Group 8 of the Hackitt Review and is a member of the Building Safety Alliance.
Both groups contributed (or are contributing) to the BSM idea.

I'm hearing that because @DameJudithH recommended a #BuildingSafetyManager in Hackitt review, it's been put in the BSB.
A person who has never spoken to a single leaseholder of her own accord,doesn't live in a high rise& treats our homes like chemical plants. What could go wrong?
No leaseholder needs a Building Safety Manager. Blocks already have a Managing Agent. Bigger schemes will pay for an Estate Manager who is on site Mon-Fri. BSMs jobs for the boys! £60,000 per block per annum obscene. Just put MAs under strict statutory regulation. @Andrew_Bulmer
@ukcag @cjayes There are 41 flats in my building. Assuming the cost for a #BuildingSafetyManager is £60,000 that's £1,463 extra in service charges that we'll need to pay each year. I can't afford that so I'll lose my home. @team_greenhalgh
