Similarly, mice which lacked ZBP1 also repaired faster! ZBP1 can activate Caspase-8 #Casp8, & GSDMCs are known to be cleaved by Casp8… once again, inhibiting Casp8 specifically during the remission phase of colitis also fastened repair of the gut! 9/n
