When will the Preop craziness change?
No matter what we do.. dc a pt from clinic (elev CAC, w/perfectly optimized risk factors), returns to clinic for preop 1.5 years later, only bc they saw a cards in past!

Reasonable to drop zetia at this point, and repeat lipid profile in 3-4 months?
