Nobody is completely sure if “biweekly” means “every other week” or “twice a week.” Say “twice monthly” to avoid confusion & to get through faster. And you won’t go wonder if you should hyphenate it (that differs based on house style).

Avoid "designed to" and variations. "Composable architectures are designed to use resources..." becomes "Composable architectures use resources..." Either it does it or it doesn't -- unless your point is that the design fails. #CopyeditingProTip
