It’s mbudzi tripe wrapped in mbudzi intestines, slow-brewed with vibes and village swagger. BUT WAIT ,by popular demand there’s now a second option! You can now also cook up a steaming plate of cow tripe (guru) and cow intestines (matumbu) ,earthy, bold and built to shut the table down. Choose one or go all in and cook both!
