@BirgitSchiche Der Begriff "Cultural Fit" sorgt für viel Verwirrung, weshalb ich dazu übergegangen bin, von "Cultural Add" zu sprechen. Und der zentralen Frage: Was können wir von ihm/ ihr lernen? Und zwar auf der Basis gemeinsamer Werte.
