Is there an efficient tool to get the pLDDT vals from a bunch of #Alphafold2/#ESMFold models? This was my best try with #BioPandas to get the #PDB files, mean #pLDDT and pLDDT per resid. But it is not efficient if you want to get the stats for >10k models😮💨
