People are cruel. Cruel and psychotically self entitled. Sending children who are helpless and have no means of contacting or crying out for help, to slave for these self entitled cruel people is RIDICULOUS. it’s a sign that we are all in need of a mental health check. Slave labour is not poverty alleviation. It perpetuates poverty. Vocational training or school helps break the cycle of poverty. There are two kinds of “ghareeb” awam. The kind of financially challenged impoverished people who work several jobs to ensure their beloved kids have a better future than them… and the kind who have ten kids to make them a business model, with a child trafficker and rich slave drivers involved. Abroad if I was too poor to feed my ten kids and sent them to Labour I would be in prison. Because the law would tell me, I should have thought about how to feed my kids before having so many. We cannot allow this mindless trading of children, as an excuse for poverty alleviation. It is an ugly crime and anyone who hires a child who should be in school, is a criminal. I don’t care how kind hearted of a criminal you are. You are a criminal. The other day I went to a family friends home. Their was a child labourer there. I warned them I would report them to the bureau and I did. She looked miserable. While the families kids watched tv, played on i pads, she was washing dishes. Slaving away. Why!?! She looked 11 years old. She should be jumping, painting, writing, laughing, playing. Please speak out against #childdomesticslavery
