It's a sad state when @ExpressScripts makes you fight for everything you need for your wellness. A med I'm on and been filling locally (ES covered it) I decided to get through mailorder. Surprise- Denied. Thought you wanted customers to use your mail order? #ExpressScriptsSucks

I really hope employers will stop using @ExpressScripts for their prescription plans. They are one of the worst companies at handling filling your medication & now are trying to change my pharmacy network to walmart & amazon of all places - Why? #expressscriptssucks

They have screwed up my meds order AGAIN Supposedly it's the Dr office's fault but I've had problems over the years with different Drs. The one common factor - Express Scripts. AND you get varying answers depending on what rep u speak w #ExpressScriptsSucks

Thank you @ExpressScripts for you excellent customer service. After being transferred once, told to hold twice, I was able to take care of my patient in 1 hour 1 minute. Totally worth the $3 profit on 3rxs 😡 #pbm #expressscriptssucks #ilovemypatients

@ExpressRxJobs don’t work for this company they are ridiculously unorganized and will give you the run around over and over again. I am so sick of dealing with their lack of ethics to patients #expressscripts #expressscriptssucks
