@BBCBreakfast Technically yes. All these trains sat in the sidings and services were advertised but never provided as #FailingGrayling oversaw the omnishambles of #FailPlan2020 cutting key services rather than increasing them. Hardly justification for hiking fares yet again

@AJohnsonuk @gnrupdates @adrianhare_2010 @melhowling @GNRailUK I felt when Govia took over a couple of years ago they decided that running 95% of the contracted service maximised their income. They got away with that for 2 years before #failplan2020.
