Only the Senate can try and convict.
The Senate is victim of a broken voting system.
The 17th Amendment makes it impossible to remove them.
REPEALING THE 17TH AMENDMENT would put the Senate in control of States.
Controlling the Senate through States would allow rogue Senators to be recalled and replaced.
This is the only way that we can start to fix the judiciary by impeaching and convicting rogue judges that subvert the law.
