I had the privilege of representing @ATEIUg at the launch of #FlowOfPurpose, the inspiring memoir of a man I am proud to call a mentor,
Dr. Callist Tindimugaya.
And we didn’t go alone. 😊
We came with some of the young women who represent what @ATEIUg believes the future of climate leadership should look like—our @missclimate_ug

For us, @missclimate_ug is much more than a crown or pageant. It is a growing platform for climate action, environmental leadership, youth and girl-child empowerment—preparing young women to become informed voices and practical ambassadors for Uganda’s environment.
Seeing these young queens in a room celebrating a lifetime of service was particularly meaningful. Dr. Callist’s own journey is a lesson in what we want them to become: purposeful, patient, professional, resilient and grounded in integrity.
It was hardly surprising to see the numbers that turned up to celebrate him. The launch brought together leaders and professionals from within and beyond Uganda’s water and environment sector, including Finance Minister Henry Musasizi, who represented the designated Chief Guest, former Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda.
But perhaps the most beautiful part of Flow of Purpose is that the story doesn’t end with the author. Proceeds from the book will give back to the schools and churches that helped shape his own journey. That is purpose coming full circle.
Congratulations, Dr. Callist Tindimugaya—mentor, professional, nation-builder and supporter of many. Thank you for reminding our generation, and the one coming behind us, that a life of purpose is ultimately measured by what it leaves in others.
