@RepBuddyCarter @realDonaldTrump Where is yr advocacy to get us a relief from #DIRfees ? Or did @pcmanet exempt yr businesses for them? I bet you have a direct contract with each #pbm that doesn’t include them nor #GERfees . Sorry but I find it hard to believe that u can’t move the needle on this, like zero.

#COVID19 update,@Optum @Cigna & @CVSHealthPBM have been aggressively decreasing our reimbursements I had to send 4 patients this week to Walgreens b/c I couldn’t take the loss. They also sent my #dirfees bill, am sure #GERfees to follow. Where is our relief package? @DonnaShalala

I just wish our elected officials and clowns like @jimcramer would ask how they do it? #DIRfees #GERfees , unfair contracts, below cost reimbursements, stealing taxpayers money thru spread pricing, rebates for preferred formulary placements, and help from @SeemaCMS . 👍🏻🙏🏻👏🏻 @FTC

Nothing worse than getting paid & having no joy in it b/c u know some asshole is going to come back 6 months later & take it away in form of #dirfees & #gerfees The world of no payment is final is absolutely crippling. I honestly don’t know how to budget anymore. @FTC @60Minutes

@championhorse1 @MDTiptonMD @OptumRx @Commpharmacy And #GERfees which stands for GENERIC effective rate somehow applies to brand name too. It’s the most erroneous thing ever. I paid for an rx $510.21 & was reimbursed at the time $510.41 (20 cents yay), yet @OptumRx found a way to take back $414 on that claim. @60Minutes @NPR @FTC

How can @OptumRx #clawback $$ on claims paid entirely by the patient through #GERfees ? Levothyroxine rx, patient paid me $10, optum paid $1, they assigned a fee on the rx of $13? Someone please explain this? @FTC #pharmacistsmarch @ChuckGrassley @Commpharmacy @SecAzar @NPR @CNBC

U think someone with integrity like “ @jimcramer “ would question the source of such income. If @FTC or an honest gov. official cared to dig into it would realize it’s all illegal thievery in form of #dirfees #gerfees & other mafia like methods. But it’s not like it’s their job.

Epic just sent me @OptumRx #GERfees for 2018. I owe them $14,000. How on fucking earth is this legal!? While @Commpharmacy is organizing a workshop, we are getting raped by a take it or leave it contracts. We need #classaction lawsuit now. #pharmacistsmarch on Capitol Hill now.

@CapitolMonitor @davidcippel @PBMMythBuster @DButterfieldRPh & the other 80% get clawed back from us 6 months later under the disguise of value-based healthcare, aka #dirfees and #GERfees , metrics invented by #pbms & approved by our politicians so insurance co. can “legally” steal our money & contribute some of it to their campaigns

If u make $3 on an RX from @MedicareGov , middleman takes it with #dirfees . If u make it in commercial plan, they get it with #GERfees . How is that not a lawsuit? Contracts under duress! Does @cvspharmacy or @OptumRx has to pay “itself” these fees? @NPR @SecAzar @SeemaCMS

#DIRfees & #GERfees R the double whammy that @CVSHealthPBM @ExpressScripts @UHC use to cripple Indys. I bet @Walmart won’t have to pay any of these fictional fees. I am getting penalized for not dispensing generics by the the middleman like it’s my fault or choice, #wtf @SecAzar

Am all for lowering drug costs. But to what extent, do we need to pretend, that it’s fucking okay for fucking @CVSHealth to pay a licensed pharmacist 20 cents dispensing fee while they charge the plan $30, charge me submission fee, & network fee, #GERfees & #DIRfees? #fuckthis
