On 21st January, 1990, 52 #Kashmiris who were shot dead by Indian forces. It came to be known as Gaw-Kadal Massacre. Bullets were fired upon each one of them until all of them were dead. While memory of massacre still haunts families of the victims, the war criminals roam free.

Gawkadal massacre along with all other massacres & abuses is a testament to India's brutality & systemic violence against Kashmiris. When a state guns down innocent civilians protesting peacefully, it should be dealt with nothing but Resistance - violent & non-violent. #gawkadal
