Thanks Rick, this is literally the core of the #GeneralizedMining thesis. Business models based on delegation, IMO, are really risky, even questionable, without (at least) asset-neutral portfolio management—StaaS becomes cryptofund—and, desirably, moats, or early access...
If you have your own tokens to stake, running a staking service makes sense. It doesn't seem like making money from delegation will be viable for any significant period of time, due to some of the most direct competition imaginable, which is by design.
