1. RTOG 1112: sorafenib +/- SBRT in HCC. Improved PFS & OS w addition of SBRT (15.8 vs. 12.3 mo). Addition of SBRT did not increase tox rates & improved QOL.
Sorafenib no longer a SOC, but RCT paves way for future studies evaluating systemic + SBRT in advanced HCC. @ldawsonmd
