Those following #TMH networks may recall that the recent #GodSaveHAL series that exposed HAL's poor HR policies. And, the resignation of one of the finest Iron Bird brains in India -- Shri Sanjay Sharma -- at a critical juncture. This, insiders say, did delay the evaluation activities at Iron Bird facility of ARDC. An ADA top scientist confirm that Shri Sanjay had applied to ADA as well, but the final outcome is not known.
Despite all these setbacks, ADA's IFCS Directorate is leaving no stone unturned to complete the entire evaluation at ADE & HAL.
It is now certain that two desi primary actuators (L&R) will be integrated on one of the LSP aircraft soon, thereby embedding yet another home-grown product on Tejas. Perhaps, the ideal #NewYear gift to all hardcore Tricolour devotees!

How the hell did #HAL let this man go? Is this fair? Look at some of the key achievements of Shri Sanjay Sharma -- who was the #IronBirdMan of @HALHQBLR until last month. A key man for the critical #LCA #Tejas project.
I must admit that #HAL has the worst HR in the world! Sad. Really sad.

According to #Casper (in pic, @casperthegolden), a defence reporter with Tales magazine, the AESA radar currently fitted on #TejasMk1A is giving big trouble.
