Mladí, kteří vapují, mají ‼️3× vyšší pravděpodobnost začít kouřit — to je #harmproduction, nikoli harm reduction.
Zvyšování povědomí je klíčové — veřejné zdraví začíná prevencí.

New nicotine products don’t free you from addiction . Youth who vape are 3x more likely to go on to smoke tobacco. This is #harmproduction , not harm reduction! Understand industry tactics⬇️ #WNTD @ZdravkoOnline
Tobacco & nicotine industries continue engineering products designed to create + sustain addiction. Understanding these tactics is the first step to exposing them

@Aquaticnovena1 Yep, ANTIFA, is just like any other gang/cult=
THEY ENSLAVE HOMELESS PEOPLE 4 LAUGHS OR AS DISPOSABLE PAWNS (covert eugenics as most Antifa are nazis &/or undercover (CORRUPT) cops or work with the cartels, just like their ARYAN PRISON LODGES counterparts!! #HarmProduction 💉

@ChaunceyGardner @BloombergDotOrg Nicotine & tobacco are two separate issues (nicotine’s not the problem). Equating them is typical prohibitionist #HarmProduction & dangerous mission-creep.
My view:
Anti-smoking/anti-drug zealots deliberately create/use moral panics to justify reducing adult bodily autonomy.
@JayGenXer Good morning from the taxpayer funded @liberal_party @NDP shit hole.
You choose what you don't change

I met this young gentleman at Union Square he said he changed his life in his drug addiction by getting incarcerated but listen to his perspective on Harm Reduction
They went to rehab to kick drugs. Instead, they died in S.F.’s biggest treatment program https://t.co/hxZNrKVn1K via @sfchronicle
This is #HarmProduction. Not civil. Not right.
💯 Tom. The Harm Reduction policies that helped slow HIV in the 80s mutated into a vehicle to propel the drug epidemic. Gaslighting the harm assisted funding in the billions to assist addicts not help them. #harmproduction #restoresf
This is just a reminder that in 2019, San Francisco had about 300 organized drug dealers on its streets. By 2022, that number reached 1,000. Reduced penalties and a lack of accountability allowed it all to happen. It wasn't until August 2023 when Pelosi finally called in the Feds to crackdown on dealers that we started to see change. And it's still bad. Very bad.
However, I spent the day in the Tenderloin on Monday. I saw exactly 2 drug dealers that I could identify. In all fairness, when the sun goes down, many of them come back. And people are still dying of OD, so that's proof that fentanyl is still everywhere, but there's clearly some progress during the day in that there aren't 12 dealers standing openly on the corner of Hyde and Ellis. San Francisco is slowly digging itself out of the mess that was enabled by bad policy, radical DAs, and permissive judges.
But just as this crisis took years to develop, it's going to take years to slow down. Not even stop, just slow down. I guess my point is, we should've never let it get this bad. Organized drug dealing and the subsequent users it attracts did almost irreparable harm to San Francisco and its reputation. So much so that I've met with journalists from 4 different continents to report on the fentanyl and homeless crises in the city.
This November, voters here in San Francisco and across California have an opportunity to move the needle back to the center on these issues. Prop 36 will undo much of the damage caused by Prop 47, and San Francisco has a chance to elect new leadership that prioritizes public safety.
Do yourself and your city a solid and turn away from radical interpretations of criminal justice reforms and drug policy. Support law enforcement and recovery from addiction as part of the solution. Save your state. Save your city. Before, these problems become permanent fixtures in your lives.
Take it from me, who was once part of these problems. They won't leave. Things won't change until you make it happen. This is your chance.
US study finds that drug seizures are followed by *increased* sociotemporal clustering of overdoses. Looks like another example of iatrogenic #harmproduction https://t.co/rJ7rZTz64s
This is the same city (San Francisco, California) that banned plastic straws for all citizens due to the perceived impact to the environment if they all didn’t make it into a garbage can. Absolute buffoonery!! 🤡 #HarmProduction

Protesting is good, we encourage it! But the first rule before going public is be informed. This kind of protesting is misguided divisive, dangerous and, frankly, just sad. Will increase

@NYCMayor’s plan is not anti-peer. It is anti either/or & pro both/and.
Anyone who thinks there's a choice to be made between more peer support and @NYCMayor's directive on involuntary transports is clearly misinformed about what the directive is about. These are two important things addressing different needs.
It is a system of luck and heroics that prevents dying on the streets of San Francisco. We have produced a system of #HarmProduction, not care. Once he was in medically necessary treatment, he had to fight to find #HousingThatHeals in order to live with his rights on.
My latest column: Ben Campofreda was homeless, addicted to fentanyl and close to death on San Francisco’s streets. But he’s recovering.
Here’s how he did it — and what his quest to rebuild his life shows about the city’s patchy treatment system. https://t.co/fRDWxm8BMG
https://t.co/qA0ySqXmlr A reality check about the Housing First, voluntary only, recovery bubble nonsense. This is NOT #HousingThatHeals. This is #HarmProduction. No mystery why we have a BH workforce crisis. Go behind the PSH doors to see the dignity of failure. #BeyondBroken
@TorranceCoste @ThriftyFoods making it more likely that a person who is trying not to use in public will injure themselves. #HarmProduction
*legal medications are also injected
Why is this on my FYP? 🥲
The #OnePillCanKill movement has really ramped up stigmatizing people who use fentanyl or other street drugs & unprescribed pills…
The DEA can’t be separated from the racist War on Drugs. #OnePillCanKill can never be harm reduction…
